Summer is right around the corner and for most women that means it’s time to break out the beach-wear. Unfortunately, it also means that for most women it’s time to start getting creative when it comes to dealing with their cellulite.

Being obese does not make you more likely have cellulite and being slender doesn’t make you less likely to have it, because it’s not normal body fat. Cellulite is the superficial layer of fat that sits just under the surface of the skin. The Connective tissue that holds the fat has usually been weakened and that results in dimpling. Cellulite is not only a problem for about 95% of women but also effects men. The reason cellulite tends to be less visible on the male body is because the connective tissue that holds the fat is much more resilient and doesn’t easily sag.
